Full Picture is an independent product created and operated by Juan Herrera. Privacy requests can be sent to david.juanherrera@gmail.com.

• Account information, such as your email address and authentication session, when you sign in.
• Purchase records and credit balances. Payment-card details are handled by Lemon Squeezy and are not stored by Full Picture.
• Searches, profile requests, fact reactions, correction reports, and the optional email included with a report.
• Technical information such as page activity, device/browser data, approximate location derived by service providers, and error diagnostics.

The information is used to provide accounts and purchased credits, generate and improve profiles, prevent abuse, respond to corrections or privacy requests, understand aggregate product use, communicate service messages, and diagnose errors.

Full Picture uses Vercel for hosting and file delivery, Neon for database and authentication, Lemon Squeezy for checkout, Resend for email, Mixpanel for product analytics, Sentry for error monitoring, and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. Research features may also send public-figure queries to search, knowledge, and AI providers. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Cookies and browser storage keep sessions working and remember limited preferences. Mixpanel analytics is configured for the EU endpoint and uses the product identifier full_picture. Providers may process information in countries other than yours under their applicable safeguards.

Information is kept only while it is reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain purchase and security records, resolve reports, and meet applicable obligations. You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, or object to certain processing, by emailing Juan. Some records may need to be retained when required for security, accounting, or legal reasons.
